The ever so pleasant @emilygkaplan demonstrating how to Split-Stance Squat. Plain and simple, some people hate split squats but single-leg work is just as important as bilateral leg work.

The focus is all on the front foot while the back foot is just slightly back. Squat down on the one leg and let the back leg go for the ride.

Dumbbell position is on the shoulders (racked).

Its a great way to strengthen the legs one at a time.

3 sets - 8-12 reps.
